Dear Student,
On behalf of O’Reilly Senior High School, I would like to extend a warm welcome and congratulations on being placed in our institution. We are delighted to have you join our community and look forward to supporting you in your academic journey.
As a new student, there are a few requirements and steps that you need to complete before the start of the academic year. These steps are important to ensure that you are prepared for your classes and can confidently start your academic journey.
Please note the following admission procedure:
- Print out your enrollment and placement forms to be sure you have indeed been placed in O’Reilly Senior High School
- Complete the Personal Record Form Online
- Submit the following at the school:
- BECE results slip
- Enrollment form
- Placement form
- Birth certificate / Ghana Card / Weighing Card / Baptismal Certificate
- Active NHIS card
- Two (2) passport pictures of the ward
- One (1) passport picture of the parent/guardian
Students who fill out the Personal Record Form must be certain that they have been selected and placed in the school by the Computer School Section Placement System (CSSPS).
The school’s prospectus will be given to parents/guardians after completion of the admission procedure, following which an admission letter is provided and an acceptance letter is signed by the parent/guardian and student.
Lastly, we encourage you to take the time to familiarize yourself with our academic programs and course offerings. Our academic advisors are available to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your course selection or academic planning.
